1. Information we collect
- Account details — your name, email address and password you use to sign up.
- Shop data — products, prices, stock, sales, payment methods, riders and money ledger entries you create in your portal.
- Customer order data — name, mobile number, delivery address and order notes submitted when placing an order.
- Optional location — your device GPS when you choose 'Use my location' to find nearby stores.
2. How we use your information
- To run your shop portal, process orders and show reports.
- To let customers find stores near them and place orders for delivery.
- To send order confirmations and let you chat with the store or customer.
- To keep the service working and fix problems.
3. What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
- Your shop data is separated per store — it never mixes with another shop's portal.
- We do not connect directly to your e-wallet or bank. E-services transactions are recorded manually for your own monitoring.
4. Data sharing
- Store owners see the orders customers send to their shop.
- Customers see the store name, items and status of their own orders.
- Team members see only the shop portal they were invited to with a team code.
5. Data retention & deletion
- Your account and shop data stay while your account is active.
- You can export a backup of your data from the app at any time.
- To delete your account and data, contact us using the details below.
6. Security
- Accounts are protected by sign-in. Only the store owner can invite team members with a code.
- Each shop portal is isolated so another store cannot see your products, sales or money ledger.
