Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026. By using Martbin you agree to these terms.

1. Using Martbin

  • Martbin is a point-of-sale, money ledger and neighborhood marketplace for sari-sari stores in Cavite.
  • By creating an account you agree to use the service honestly and lawfully.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to open a store owner account.

2. Store owner accounts

  • The first account created for a shop becomes the owner and controls the portal.
  • The owner can invite team members using a team code. The owner is responsible for anyone they invite.
  • Each shop portal is private — your products, sales and money data do not mix with other stores.

3. Customer orders

  • Customers place orders from stores that deliver to their area.
  • The store owner confirms each order by call or text before the rider leaves.
  • Payment is collected by the rider on delivery, by the method the customer chose (cash, e-wallet, bank transfer or QR).

4. Payments & fees

  • Martbin does not process or hold your money. Payments happen directly between the customer, the store and the rider.
  • E-services transactions (e-load, cash-in, cash-out) are recorded manually for monitoring only and are not connected to any bank or e-wallet system.
  • Martbin is free to start. We may introduce paid plans later and will tell you in advance.

5. Your content

  • You own the product, sales and ledger data you add to your portal.
  • You can export a backup of your data at any time.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your prices, stock and records.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use Martbin for illegal goods, fraud or harassment.
  • Do not try to access another store's data or share your team code outside your staff.
  • We can suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Liability

  • Martbin is a tool to help you run your shop. We are not a party to sales between you and your customers.
  • Martbin is provided 'as is' without warranties. We are not liable for lost sales, disputed payments or delivery issues between stores and customers.
